Dice Plant Maintenance was contracted by Cargill to provide a full turn-key installation solution to doubling their mechanically separated meat output at their High River Facility. This project involved the overall system design along with the design, fabrication, and installation of new conveyance system, and the installation of new owner supplied meat separation equipment. Dice Designed, fabricated, and installed over 500 feet of new sanitary stainless steel belt conveyors suspended above Cargill’s fabrication floor. The installation portion of the project was completed over the course of 6 weekends with minimal impact to production at the facility.
